I offer sessions for individuals facing a variety of concerns including anxiety, low mood, career challenges and grief.
Do you feel stressed or overwhelmed by difficult thoughts or emotions?
You are not alone. Many people struggle to cope with the stress that life and relationships in our modern world create. This stress leads to many symptoms, both physical and psychological, that prevent us from feeling balanced, peaceful and fulfilled. This can manifest in our relationships with others and ourselves, and get in the way of our success.

Have you been struggling with any of the following concerns?
  • low mood, difficulty engaging in life, low energy
  • not feeling 'good enough'
  • feeling consumed with worry or fears of the future
  • trapped in painful memories of the past
  • difficulty connecting with others, frequent conflict with others
  • insomnia, restlessness, irritability
  • zoning out or feeling numb
Are you ready to start feeling better?
Beginning counselling can help you be the healthiest and happiest version of yourself by working through difficult emotions and patterns of behaviour which can leave you feeling trapped.

I can help you on your journey to finding peace.
I will support you in feeling capable, empowered and hopeful about life. I will help you connect with your authentic self to facilitate change and growth in your relationship with yourself and others.

You deserve to live a great life. Give yourself a chance to have the tools and confidence you're looking for.
